NHT & Ken Kantor

I'm trying to find the history of NHT loudspeakers which I own different models. It was founded by Ken Kantor. NHT made the 1st tower, 1st powered sub, & 1st high end mini speaker (super zero).
Soundhound, you may know Ken. He still work for ZT Amplifiers in Cal.
NHT has been under different owners but I think one person has stayed through it all. If anyone has any info about NHT, please share. They are dropping the classic line of 10 years...can't wait to see whats next.

I believe about 6 or 7 years ago NHT Audio, LLC. bought NHT from Vinci Labs who has owned the company from about 2004 (or something like that). The new company ships all speakers direct from the factory and anyone selling them is just processing the orders for the factory. Showrooms only have demo units in stock and if you want to buy what you are hearing, they place an order for you to be delivered.

I don't know much more about them, but I don't know if Ken involved at all.

Thanks Flint. Not sure when Ken might have left, maybe when he started working a ZT Amps.
Yeah, I read about factory direct now. I saw that my VT 1.4's use Peerless woofers made in Denmark. But I couldn't read the model numbers (guy on Craigslist had a pic). When I get some time I may do some research.
