Sanyo 4K Blu-Ray Player

I just ordered a Sanyo 4K Blu-Ray player from Amazon for $128. It is a very basic, stripped down player, but all I need is for it to play the occasional disc. I don't need it to stream or anything.

Why this player? I needed something that would fit in a 14.5Wx12.25D cabinet and this was the only one I could find that was small enough. I guess we will see how it works.

hit us up when you get it. im curious if it does hdr or even dolby vision.

nonetheless if its what i need i might get one too.

thanks for the heads up.

At least according to what Haywood posted, it's only a Bluray player so it won't do either of those I don't think.

It is a 4K Blu-Ray player that supports HDR10, but not Dolby Vision. It does not appear to support DTS HD-MA or Dolby TrueHD, but I do not care for purposes of the intended application.

The unit that arrives was open box and not flawless, despite the fact that I ordered new. It also felt really cheap. I sent it back. I found a Sony that should fit, but it will be very tight and I'm holding off until I get the cabinet in two weeks.
