Thanks. But somehow there aresome blu rays thay are too saturated whether i turn on or off the hdr . It is unwatchable. But i still have not tried theuser settings on it. Maybe it will do betterif o did.

Thanks. I closed my eyes and just bought it yesterday. Stayed up all night till now tinkering with it. Finally got the settings i like. Can say i will be enjoying this tv a lot. Black is very decent and boy the whites are immaculate! Im ready for the ht upstairs if only it is finished!

Eyeing a new receiver that can pass through 4k movies.

I watched, err, at least half way, Pacific Rim 2 in the theater and i went out in the middle. Did not like it much. I guess i am too saturated with special effect movies to be thrilled anymore. Lucky it was free movie day for seniors at the malls so no wasted money there.

I dont know about that. It has always been just an escape from daily grind that i go and watch a movie. It is just me though. I am easy. Lol!

Is there really a need to write a review this way? Can we not just rate it all as entertaining or not? It is what we all are after when we watch a movie or am i wrong?

Good for you. It always bothers me though that is why i tried to get the least cloudy set i could find. Dark scenes become greyish with too much led light leak.

Have you guys experienced the clouding problem inherent with leds? I have returned my sets from samsung, sharp and lgs a few times each because of it. The store i bought them from had to put the tvs to a darkened room for my viewing before getting them since.

Here in Manila music is somewhat hurting to my ears. I get to listen to radio music daily on the road most of the time but i could hardly find what i like. The music djs dish out finds me not in good taste. So i have my radio tuned mostly at am band for news and commentaries instead of fm music...
